The 2025 Girls' U16 Amateur Championship is taking place at Gog Magog Golf Club from April 25-27.

The 54-hole stroke play championship, first played at Fulford in 2018, was introduced as part of The R&A’s drive to boost the girls’ game in Great Britain and Ireland and beyond, as well as provide a pathway to the elite amateur level for leading young players. The winner will be presented with the Angela Uzielli Trophy. The trophy is named after the late wife of John Uzielli, Past Captain of The Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews. Angela was a decorated amateur golfer, including representing Great Britain and Ireland in the Curtis Cup in 1978. Louise Landgraf of France emerged victorious at The Berkshire in 2024, edging out England's Charlotte Naughton on the second play-off hole after the pair had finished tied on eight-under-par.
